Special Shipping Promotion
We are currently having a promotion where any order of $169.00 or more ship for free via UPS ground.
*Applies to inside of USA except Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico.
-The "Free Shipping" promotion uses ONLY the UPS Ground Service but you have the option to upgrade the service at your own expense.
Special Handling charge will be added for:
1. Heavy weight items (Ballast, Fixture, Chillers, Sand, and Salt, Pumps, etc....)
2. Large size box.(Skimmers, Filters, Fixtures&Lamps-over 30", Chillers, etc.....)
There also will be a mandatory insurance fee to all orders over $100.00.
Insurance fees start at $2.50 but does not exceed $6.50
UPS rate table calculates insurance fees automatically.
Fluorescent bulbs, Powercompact light bulbs, T5 bulbs requires a minimum order of 2 bulbs.
*You will receive free shipping if your order is over $169.00 but if your order fits into one of the special handling categories, only those special handling fees will be added to your order.
Terms of agreement
-This promo applies to inside of United States only with the exception of Hawaii, Guam, Alaska, and Puerto Rico

-For returns, the shipping charges that we expend to ship the items will not be refunded.
-We do not accecpt returns or exchange on light bulbs unless damaged by carrier.
*We are happy to keep on providing this promotion but the terms have to be followed.*Billing address must be the same as in your credit card file in order for us to process any orders.
*UPS will not deliver to P.O. Box. Please submit a physical address.
Tracking package
Tracking numbers will be sent by e-mail at the end of the day when the package is shipped.
You can also visit www.ups.com to track your package.
*Please order a minimum of 2 light Bulbs so we can do the extra care on packing.
*All the light bulbs inspected by three different staffs, once finished inspection "Approved" stamp on the package. That is final proof that the items are of perfect condition at that stage.
*We do not accept returns or exchange on light bulbs unless damaged by carrier.
Back-order Items:
Back-order items will be shipped via ground service at no additional cost.
Damaged Package(s)
Please call us immediately and send it back to us. Also report it to UPS or FedEx. All damage claims must be filed with your carrier.
After we recieve the returned package, we will proceed to file the claim to the carrier. After the carrier approves the claim we will ship out a new item as soon as possible.
Defective Item(s).
Please call us within 48 hours of defective item(s) arrival. We will no longer responsible for the item(s) after 7days of arrival. After 7 days we refer you to the manufacturer for warranty service.
You may return it through your own expenses with an "RAN" number written on the outside of the box. The number is provided by our staff. Once we receive the item(s) our staff will test all the electronic merchandise and we will ship out the new item(s) soon after wards. But before you return the merchandise, please speak to our staff first.
*Light bulbs are not included.
Refused Package(s)
If a package is refused and returned for any reason, we will issue credit to your account after a 25% restock fee and shipping charge deduction.
Missing Item(s)
Please call us immediately within 24 hours of arrival.
We will send it to you right away without any additional charges or give credit back to your account.
Return Policy
We cannot accept returns of products once they have been opened. You may return the merchandise if it is defective or damaged(not by delivery carrier) through your own expenses within 14 days of original purchase date.
We will replace returned item(s) or issue credit after shipping and handling charge deductions.(handling charge:15% of returned item price from your original invoice.)
Returned Authorization Number(RAN).
Valid Return Authorization Number issued by our staff.
"RAN" number expire 7days after being issued. We do not extend or re-issue "RAN" numbers.
Please write the "RAN" number on the outside of return box. Unauthorized packages will be refused.
Before returning the product call us first our technical support Dep. will assist you
Our highly skilled technician will inspect all the returned merchandise. After the manufacturer approves a replacement, we will ship out same item to you as soon as possible.
